Preparation InstructionsPlace unbaked, frozen cinnamon buns baking pans. Do not move buns after thaw and proof. Thaw for 60-90 minutes. Proof at 100% humidity and 38 ºC / 100 ºF for 25-30 minutes. Bake at 200 ºC / 390 ºF for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
