Packaging FormatDough pieces are bulk packed in a cardboard case, lined with a poly liner bag. Case is taped closed on top and bottom.
Preparation InstructionsPlace the dough pieces into a baking pan (U Channel 5 recommended).Thaw dough until internal temperature is between 55° to 60°F. Approximate thawing time is 1.5 hours at room temperature or overnight. Important: Cover the pan if the dough is being thawed overnight.Pre-set proofer to 95° to 105°F and 99.9% humidity. Proof dough for 40 to 45 minutes.Preheat oven to 375°F. Steam dough pieces for 10 seconds. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.Allow bread to cool.
