Preparation InstructionsPlace unbaked, frozen croissants on paper-lined tray, evenly spaced apart.Thaw for 90-120 minutes.Proof at 100% humidity and 35 ºC / 100 ºF for 50-60 minutes.If desired, spray or brush proofed croissants with egg wash.Bake at 180 ºC / 360 ºF for 19 minutes or until golden.Fully proofed or baked product will be approximately 1 ½ to 2 times the size of the frozen, unbaked product.As individual ovens vary, these are guidelines only.
